Abstract
A method for transforming a pre-existing motion picture includes identifying, particularly through cloud sourcing, a motion picture to transform. Independent workers are then identified, again through cloud sourcing, to work on the transformation of the pre-existing motion picture. The transformation can include, for example, colorization and changing from a two-dimensional film to a three-dimensional motion picture. The selected workers transform a portion of the motion pictures and all of the portions are assembled to create the transformed motion picture.
Claims20
A method of transforming a pre-existing motion picture into a visually transformed motion picture comprising the steps of:
- identifying the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed;
- identifying a plurality of independent workers to assist with the transformation of the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed;
- selecting a first plurality of workers from the plurality of identified independent workers to perform tasks on a portion of the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed;
- providing to each of the first plurality of selected workers a portion of the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed and instructions on visually transforming the provided portion of the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed;
- and
- assembling the visually transformed portions of the pre-existing motion picture from each of the first plurality of selected workers to make a visually transformed motion picture.
A method of transforming a pre-existing motion picture into a visually transformed motion picture comprising the steps of:
- identifying the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed through crowd sourcing;
- identifying a plurality of independent workers to assist with the transformation of the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed through crowd sourcing;
- selecting a first plurality of workers from the plurality of identified independent workers to perform tasks on a portion of the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed by holding a reverse auction to identify the first plurality of workers;
- providing to each of the first plurality of selected workers a portion of the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed and instructions on visually transforming the provided portion of the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed;
- and
- assembling the visually transformed portions the pre-existing motion picture from each of the first plurality of selected workers to make a visually transformed motion picture.
A method of transforming a pre-existing motion picture into a visually transformed motion picture comprising the steps of:
- identifying the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed through crowd sourcing;
- identifying a plurality of independent workers to assist with the transformation of the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed through crowd sourcing;
- selecting a first plurality of workers from the plurality of identified independent workers to perform tasks on a portion of the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed by holding a reverse auction to identify the first plurality of workers;
- providing to each of the first plurality of selected workers a portion of the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed and instructions on visually transforming the provided portion of the pre-existing motion picture to be visually transformed;
- assembling the visually transformed portions the pre-existing motion picture from each of the first plurality of selected workers to make a visually transformed motion picture;
- and
- financing the transformation of the pre-existing motion picture into the visually transformed motion picture through crowd funding.
