Biphenyl Acetate, Preparation and Uses Thereof

A method of preparation of biphenyl acetic ammonia butantriol salt, comprising the steps of:

• mixing biphenyl phenylacetic acid with ammonia butantriol in organic solvent to generate biphenyl acetic ammonia butantriol salt, wherein biphenyl acetic ammonia butantriol salt having a chemical structure of:
• wherein said biphenyl phenylacetic acid is firstly dissolved in said organic solvent, and then said ammonia butantriol is added into said organic solvent for chemical reaction to generate said biphenyl acetic ammonia butantriol salt;
• wherein a ratio of said biphenyl phenylacetic acid and said ammonia butantriol is 1:1;
• wherein said organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of alcohol group and benzene group;
• wherein said alcohol group of said organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of methanol, anhydrous ethanol, acetone, and n-butanol;
• wherein said benzene group of said organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of benzyl and benzene;
• wherein a reaction temperature is set at 0-80° C. and a reaction time is set as 0.5-2 hours,
• wherein the method further comprises the steps of:
• purifying said biphenyl acetic ammonia butantriol salt such that a purity of said biphenyl acetic ammonia butantriol salt is greater than 99.5% and preparing said biphenyl acetic ammonia butantriol salt into an injection form adapted for injection to a living object, wherein said biphenyl acetic ammonia butantriol salt in said injection form is stable in structure and has insignificant local and vascular irritating effect such that said injection form is capable of providing anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effect by injecting into a living object, thereby said biphenyl acetic ammonia butantriol salt having a unique and stable chemical structure is capable of being prepared into a predetermined dosage in a controllable and precise manner.
