A method of alleviating pain or itch in a patient, the method comprising:
- administering to the patient a pharmaceutical composition comprising a human antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment specifically binds to human PAR-2 (SEQ ID NO:851) and interacts with Val-42 and Asp-43 of human PAR-2.
A therapeutic method comprising administering a pharmaceutical composition to a patient, wherein the patient exhibits one or more symptoms or indicia of a disease or disorder caused by PAR-2 activity, and wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises a human antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment interacts with Val-42 and Asp-43 of human PAR-2 (SEQ ID NO:851).
