A compound, having the formula A-1:
- wherein:
- R1=alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, cycloalkyl, CH2-aryl, —C6H4-alkyl, —C6H4-aryl, —C6H4-cycloalkyl, —C6H4—CH2-aryl, —C6H4—OR5, —C6H4—NHR6, OR5, NHR5, NR5R6;
- wherein R5 and R6 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl, or CH2-aryl;
- and
- R2=alkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl, CH2-aryl, CH2CH2NH2, CH2CH2CH2NH2, CH2CH2NHR4, CH2CH2NR4R4, CH2CH2NHCOR4, CH2CH2NHCO2R4, CH2CH2NHSO2R4, CH2CH2CH2NHR4, CH2CH2CH2NR4R4, CH2CH2CH2NHCOR4, CH2CH2CH2NHCO2R4, CH2CH2CH2NHSO2R4;
- wherein R4=independently hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl, or CH2-aryl, or wherein two R4's can form a ring;
- and wherein A-1 is not one of the following compounds:

- wherein R5 and R6 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl, or CH2-aryl;
- and
