Abstract
A polymer comprising a constitutional unit represented by the following formula (1) is useful because when the polymer is applied to a surface of a cancer cell enrichment filter, adhesiveness of cancer cells to the filter surface can be improved so that an enrichment ratio of the cancer cells can be improved. In the formula (1), R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R2 is a methyl group or an ethyl group and m is 1 to 3.
Claims20
An agent for improving cancer cell adhesiveness, consisting of:
- a polymer comprising a constitutional unit represented by the following formula (1):
- wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R2 is a methyl group or an ethyl group, and m is 1 to 3.
A method for improving adhesiveness of cancer cells to a substrate comprising a step of coating the substrate with a polymer comprising a constitutional unit represented by the following formula (1):
- wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R2 is a methyl group or an ethyl group, and m is 1 to 3.
