Abstract
An access point is to provide a wireless beacon packet via a wireless communication. The wireless beacon packet is to include an event notification in response to an indication of a need for the event notification.

An apparatus comprising:
- an access point to provide a wireless beacon packet via a wireless communication, wherein the wireless beacon packet is to include an event notification in response to an indication of a need for the event notification.
A method, comprising:
- receiving an indication of a need for an event notification;
- broadcasting, by an access point in response to the indication, a wireless beacon packet corresponding to a wireless communication, wherein the wireless beacon packet is to include the event notification;
- and
- providing, by the access point, modified network services via the wireless communication in response to the indication.

A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium encoded with instructions executable by a computing system that, when executed, cause the computing system to:
- receive an indication of a need for an event notification;
- and
- broadcast, in response to the indication, a wireless beacon packet via a wireless communication, wherein the wireless beacon packet is to include the event notification.
