Terminal apparatus for controlling downlink transmission power and method for same

A BS for controlling downlink transmit power of a downlink signal transmitted through a carrier including OFDM symbols including no CRS in a wireless communication system, the BS comprising:

• a processor for controlling a transmitter to transmit a power parameter for controlling transmit power of a PDSCH to a UE and to transmit the PDSCH to the UE using the transmit power of the PDSCH,
• wherein the power parameter includes at least one of PDSCH energy per resource element (EPRE), channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) EPRE and demodulation reference signal (DMRS) EPRE,
• wherein the power parameter is calculated based on an OFDM symbol having a reference signal including at least one of a CSI-RS and a DMRS and an OFDM symbol including no reference signal.

A UE for receiving downlink transmit power control information on a downlink signal transmitted through a carrier including OFDM symbols having no CRS, the UE comprising:

• a processor for controlling a receiver to receive a power parameter for controlling transmit power of a PDSCH from a BS and to receive the PDSCH from the BS using the transmit power of the PDSCH,
• wherein the power parameter includes at least one of PDSCH EPRE, CSI-RS EPRE and DMRS EPRE,
• wherein the power parameter is calculated based on an OFDM symbol having a reference signal including at least one of a CSI-RS and a DMRS and an OFDM symbol including no reference signal.
