Panel unit that reduces influence of static electricity, and electronic apparatus

An electronic apparatus comprising:

• a panel unit including:
• a panel member that forms a surface of displaying an image, said panel member having interconnection sections, and
• a signal interconnection member that includes connection sections which are electrically connected to said interconnection sections of said panel member, and is provided with signal lines and a ground interconnection, said signal interconnection member including conductor-exposed portions each provided between said connection sections connected to said interconnection sections and an outer part of said panel member, each conductor-exposed portion being formed such that a conductor is exposed, wherein said conductor-exposed portions are configured to be prevented from being electrically conducted to said signal lines, and be electrically conducted to said ground interconnection;
• and
• a cover member accommodating said panel member.
