Abstract
Discussed is an LCD device. The LCD device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a liquid crystal panel in which a plurality of pixels are respectively formed in a plurality of areas defined by intersections between a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines, and a driving unit configured to switch inversion systems for driving the liquid crystal panel at predetermined periods.
Claims14
A liquid crystal display (LCD) device comprising:
- a liquid crystal panel in which a plurality of pixels are respectively formed in a plurality of areas defined by intersections between a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines;
- and
- a driving unit configured to switch inversion systems for driving the liquid crystal panel at predetermined periods.
A method of driving a liquid crystal display (LCD) device, the method comprising:
- switching inversion systems for driving the LCD device at predetermined periods;
- and
- converting image data into respective data voltages according to the switched inversion system, and outputting the respective data voltages to a plurality of data lines.
A liquid crystal display (LCD) device comprising:
- a liquid crystal panel in which a plurality of pixels are respectively formed in a plurality of areas defined by intersections between a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines;
- and
- a driving unit configured to switch from a first inversion system to a second inversion system for driving the liquid crystal panel from a first period to a second period.
