Abstract
An organic light emitting diode device includes an array substrate including a display region where a plurality of pixel regions each include a light emitting diode, and a non-display region surrounding the display region; and a protection layer covering the display region, extending to the non-display region, and including a round corner, wherein a maximum of a radius of the corner of the protection layer is determined according to a distance between a side of the protection layer and a side of the display region corresponding to the side of the protection layer, and the radius of the corner is at least 0.1 mm.
Claims12
An organic light emitting diode device comprising:
- an array substrate including a display region where a plurality of pixel regions each include a light emitting diode, and a non-display region surrounding the display region;
- and
- a protection layer covering the display region, extending to the non-display region, and including a round corner,
- wherein a maximum of a radius of the corner of the protection layer is determined according to a distance between a side of the protection layer and a side of the display region corresponding to the side of the protection layer, and the radius of the corner is at least 0.1 mm.
A method of manufacturing an organic light emitting diode device, the method comprising:
- forming an array substrate including a display region where a plurality of pixel regions each include a light emitting diode, and a non-display region surrounding the display region;
- and
- forming a protection layer covering the display region, extending to the non-display region, and including a round corner,
- wherein a maximum of a radius of the corner of the protection layer is determined according to a distance between a side of the protection layer and a side of the display region corresponding to the side of the protection layer, and the radius of the corner is at least 0.1 mm.
