A pigment dispersant composition, comprising:

• a pigment and a polymer compound represented by the following Formula (2):
• (A2-R4—SnR3S—R5—P2)m Formula (2)
• wherein, in Formula (2), R3 represents an organic linking group having a valency of (m+n);
• R4 and R5 each independently represents a single bond or a divalent organic linking group;
• A2 represents a monovalent organic group comprising at least moiety that has an ability to be adsorbed to pigments and that is selected from the group consisting of an organic dye structure, a heterocyclic structure, an acidic group, a group having a basic nitrogen atom, a urea group, a urethane group, a group having a coordinating oxygen atom, a hydrocarbon group having 4 or more carbon atoms, an alkoxysilyl group, an epoxy group, an isocyanate group, and a hydroxyl group;
• A2s, n in number, are independent from each other, and may be the same or different from each other;
• R4s, n in number, are independent from each other, and may be the same or different from each other;
• m is from 1 to 8;
• n is from 2 to 9;
• m+n is from 3 to 10;
• P2 represents a polymer skeleton;
• and P2s, m in number, are independent from each other, and may be the same or different from each other;
• and R5s, m in number, are independent from each other, and may be the same or different from each other.
