A solar cell in which a collecting electrode is formed on at least one of a light receiving surface and a back surface, wherein
- the collecting electrode comprises a primary conductive layer including copper, and at least one of an overcoat layer covering an upper surface side of the primary conductive layer and an undercoat layer covering a lower surface side of the primary conductive layer.
