Device for Selective Collecting of Portions by Cutting From a Sheet Arranged on a Work Plane

A device for selective collecting of portions removed by cutting from a sheet arranged on a work plane comprising:

• a cutting unit, cooperating with the work plane in order to cut the sheet resting thereon;
• at least one collecting container, arranged to receive the portions according to predefined ordering criteria;
• a removing group, subdivided into sections, each section having at least one hole opening into a lower surface of the removing group, the holes being connected selectively either to an aspirating source or a compressed-air source;
• an activator for moving the removing group to a first position in which the lower surface of the removing group is adhered onto a selected cut portion situated on the work plane, and a second position in which the removing group is situated above a collecting container;
• a command and control board for commanding the activator, the aspirating source and of the compressed-air source, to connect, in phase relation with the first position, the aspirating source with at least a fraction of the holes facing the upper surface of the selected cut portion, and the compressed-air source with at least a part of holes facing an upper surface of a strip of the sheet which delimits a border of the selected cut portion, and to raise the removing group actuated in phase relation with a disconnecting of the compressed-air source from the holes facing the strip, and a consequent engaging of only the selected cut portion to the removing group, and to move the removing group to position the group superiorly of a corresponding container, and to disconnect the facing holes relative to at least the upper surface of the selected cut portion from the aspirating source, to release the selected cut portion from the removing group, for deposit into the container.

A device for selective collecting of portions removed by cutting from a sheet arranged on a work plane, the work plane having zones containing first holes selectively connectable to an aspirating source, the device comprising:

• a cutting unit cooperating with the work plane to cut selected portions from the sheet resting thereon,
• at least one collecting container for receiving the cut portions;
• a removing group subdivided into sections, each section having at least one hole opening into a lower surface of the removing group, the holes being selectively connectable to the aspirating source;
• an activator for moving the removing group to a first position in which the lower surface of the removing group is adhered onto a selected cut portion situated on the work plane, and a second position in which the removing group is situated above a collecting container;
• a control and command board for commanding the activator and the aspirating source, to connect, in phase relation with the first position, the aspirating source with at least a fraction of the holes afforded on the removing group facing the upper surface of the selected cut portion, a part of the holes of the work plane covered at least by a strip of the sheet which borders a profile of the selected cut portion, the control and command board thereafter raising of the removing group, in phase relation with the disconnecting of the aspirating source to the first holes of the work plane, for engaging only the selected cut portion to the removing group, to move the removing group to position the group above a corresponding container, and to disconnect the holes facing the upper surface of the selected cut portion from the aspirating source for releasing the selected cut portion from the removing group for deposit into the container.
