## Abstract

A data distribution system is provided which supplies customers with an executable for requested secured data files to provide the customer with fulfillment software, obviating the need for the customer to download fulfillment software prior to requesting secure data. The data distribution system is characterized by server technology which can dynamically encrypt secured data files just prior to a customer request to download the data file. A framework for building a universal data distribution infrastructure is provided which employs Requesters.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A system for secure distribution of content comprising the steps of:
a processing device configured to obtain raw datasets from at least one content provider and encrypt at least part of each raw dataset using an algorithm and a cryptographically generated key; and
a memory device configured to store said datasets, said datasets having respective locations in a key database, and to store said key in said key database;
wherein said processing device is configured to encrypt each of said locations of said datasets and stored said encrypted locations in said key database.
