## Abstract

A treatment method on tissues in a body cavity includes: a first step of forming a hole for communicating first body tissue with second body tissue while both are in close contact with each other; and a second step of endoscopically inserting a treatment device into the second body tissue through the hole.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A treatment method on tissues in a body cavity, comprising:
a first step of forming a hole for communicating first body tissue with second body tissue while both are in close contact with each other; and
a second step of enlarging the diameter of the hole under endoscopic observation.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The treatment method according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the first body tissue and the second body tissue is a hollow organ.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The treatment method according to claim 1, wherein the second step is performed using a balloon.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The treatment method according to claim 1, wherein the second step is performed using a self-expandable stent.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The treatment method according to claim 1, further comprising a third step of inserting a treatment device from the hole after the second step.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The treatment method according to claim 5, wherein the treatment device is a treatment device for removing a calculus.

### Claim 7 (depends on 5)

The treatment method according to claim 5, wherein the treatment device is a treatment device for crushing a calculus.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The treatment method according to claim 1, wherein
the second step is performed after adhesion of the first body tissue and the second body tissue.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The treatment method according to claim 8, wherein
the second step is performed after five or more days have passed since completion of the first step.

### Claim 10

A treatment method on tissues in a body cavity, comprising:
a first step of forming a hole for communicating a gastrointestinal tract with a bile duct while both are in close contact with each other; and
a second step of obstructing a duodenal papilla to prevent the hole from being closed through natural repair.

### Claim 11 (depends on 10)

The treatment method according to claim 10, wherein in the second step, a plug is left in the duodenal papilla.

### Claim 12 (depends on 10)

The treatment method according to claim 10, further comprising a third step of opening the duodenal papilla to allow the hole to be closed through natural repair after the second step.

### Claim 13 (depends on 12)

The treatment method according to claim 12, wherein
in the second step, a plug is left in the duodenal papilla, and
in the third step, the plug is removed from the duodenal papilla.
