To achieve this, when a touch operation of a user for a plurality of images displayed on a screen has been detected, a display device according to one aspect of this invention displays a setting screen to set the print conditions of the plurality of images, and controls printing of the plurality of images in accordance with the print conditions set using the setting screen. ## Claims ### Claim at position 1 -12. (canceled) ### Claim 13 A display apparatus comprising: a display unit configured to display images of a plurality of pages including at least a first page, a second page, a third page, and a fourth page; and a layout control unit configured to lay out, in a case where an operation for bringing an image of the first page and an image of the second page displayed by the display unit closer is detected, the image of the first page and the image of the second page on a first sheet, and an image of the third page and an image of the fourth page on a second sheet which is different from the first sheet. ### Claim 14 (depends on 13) The display apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the layout control unit lays out, in a case where the operation for bringing the image of the first page and the image of the second page displayed by the display unit closer is detected, the image of the first page and the image of the second page on different surfaces of the first sheet, and the image of the third page and the image of the fourth page on different surfaces of the second sheet. ### Claim 15 (depends on 13) The display apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the layout control unit lays out, in a case where the operation for bringing the image of the first page and the image of the second page displayed by the display unit closer is detected, the image of the first page and the image of the second page on the same surface of the first sheet, and the image of the third page and the image of the fourth page on the same surface of the second sheet. ### Claim 16 (depends on 13) The display apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the display unit is further configured to, in a case where sizes of images of the first and second pages are different from each other, display a a setting screen for selecting whether to print the images of the first and second pages in a size adjusted to a size of a larger one of the images or in a size adjusted to a size of a smaller-one of the images. ### Claim 17 (depends on 13) The display apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the display unit is further configured to, in a case where the operation for bringing the image of the first page and the image of the second page displayed by the display unit closer is detected, display a setting screen for selecting whether to lay out the image of the first page and the image of the second page on different surfaces of the first sheet or on the same surface of the first sheet. ### Claim 18 (depends on 13) The display apparatus according to claim 13, further comprising a printing unit configured to print the image of the first page and the image of the second page on the first sheet and the image of the third page and the image of the fourth page on the second sheet. ### Claim 19 A method of controlling a display apparatus, comprising steps of: displaying images of a plurality of pages including at least a first page, a second page, a third page, and a fourth page; and laying out, in a case where an operation for bringing an image of the first page and an image of the second page displayed in the displaying step closer is detected, the image of the first page and the image of the second page on a first sheet, and an image of the third page and an image of the fourth page on a second sheet which is different from the first sheet.
