The beverage making machine further includes a second beverage making cartridge includes at least one of a beverage ingredient, a beverage diluent receptacle for receiving a beverage diluent liquid, a dissolver dissolves portion of the gas, from the gas storage tank, into the beverage diluent liquid, and a dispenser selectively dispenses a predefined ratio of at least one of the beverage ingredient and the beverage diluent liquid, to form a beverage. Exemplary embodiments include a computer control arranged to receive a beverage selection from a consumer and control the beverage making machine to form beverages. ## Claims ### Claim 1 A beverage making machine comprising: a first beverage making cartridge comprising at least one of a gas source portion, the gas source portion contains a solid gas source that through sublimation emits a gas; a gas storage tank arranged to store the gas emitted from the solid gas source; a second beverage making cartridge comprising at least one of a beverage ingredient; a beverage diluent receptacle for receiving a beverage diluent liquid; a dissolver dissolves portion of the gas, from the gas storage tank, into the beverage diluent liquid; and a dispenser selectively dispenses a predefined ratio of at least one of the beverage ingredient and the beverage diluent liquid, to form a beverage. ### Claim 2 (depends on 1) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 1, wherein the gas storage tank further comprising a pressure release valve preventing the gas storage tank from exceeding a maximum pressure limit. ### Claim 3 (depends on 1) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 1, wherein the solid gas source portion further comprising a one-way vent, which allows the gas to escape the solid gas source packaging while preventing air from entering the solid gas source portion, wherein environment enclosing the solid gas source remains sterile while emitting the gas. ### Claim 4 (depends on 1) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 1, wherein the dispenser further comprising a beverage ingredient selector for selecting which, if any, of the beverage ingredient is mixed with the beverage diluent liquid to form the beverage. ### Claim 5 (depends on 4) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 4, wherein the beverage ingredient selector is a bistable lever actuated valve, moveably selectable to choose which of the beverage ingredient to dispense in pre-defined ratio with the beverage diluent to form the beverage. ### Claim 6 (depends on 1) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 1, further comprising: a plurality of valves; a plurality of sensors; a plurality of pumps; and a computer control interconnected with at least some of the plurality of valves, the plurality of sensors, and the plurality of pumps, the computer control receives a beverage selection from a consumer and controls the beverage making machine to form the beverage. ### Claim 7 (depends on 1) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 1, further comprising: a computer control arranged to receives a beverage selection from a consumer and control the beverage making machine to form the beverage. ### Claim 8 (depends on 7) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 7, the computer control further comprising: a data link arranged to receives a data communication indicating the beverage selection. ### Claim 9 (depends on 7) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 7, the computer control further comprising: a data link arranged to data communicate an order signal effectuating ordering at least one of the beverage making cartridge. ### Claim 10 (depends on 1) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 1, wherein the gas storage tank is divided into at least two of a gas storage portion arranged to prevent the gas from separate gas sources, stored in separate of the gas storage portion, from mixing. ### Claim 11 A beverage making machine comprising: at least one of a beverage making cartridge comprising at least one of a beverage ingredient portion and a gas source portion, the beverage ingredient portion contains at least one of a beverage ingredient, the gas source portion contains a solid gas source that through sublimation emits a gas; a gas storage tank arranged to store the gas; a beverage diluent receptacle for receiving a beverage diluent liquid; a dissolver dissolves portion of the gas, from the gas storage tank, into the beverage diluent liquid; and a dispenser selectively dispenses a predefined ratio of the beverage ingredient and the beverage diluent liquid to form a beverage. ### Claim 12 (depends on 11) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 11, wherein the gas storage tank further comprising a pressure release valve, which prevent the gas storage tank from exceeding a maximum pressure limit. ### Claim 13 (depends on 11) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 11, wherein the solid gas source portion further comprising a one-way vent, which allows the gas to escape the solid gas source packaging while preventing air from entering the solid gas source packaging, wherein environment enclosing the solid gas source remains sterile while emitting the gas. ### Claim 14 (depends on 11) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 11, wherein the dispenser further comprising a beverage ingredient selector for selecting which, if any, of the beverage ingredient is mixed with the beverage diluent liquid to form the beverage. ### Claim 15 (depends on 11) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 11, the beverage making cartridge further comprising: a filter arranged to filter the beverage diluent liquid, the filter is co-located with the beverage ingredient portion and the gas source portion. ### Claim 16 (depends on 11) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 11, wherein the gas storage tank is divided into at least two of a gas storage portion arranged to prevent the gas from separate gas sources, stored in separate of the gas storage portion from mixing. ### Claim 17 A beverage making machine comprising: at least one of a beverage cartridge comprising at least one of a beverage ingredient portion, a gas source portion, and a gas dissolver portion, the gas source portion contains a solid gas source that through sublimation emits a gas; a gas storage tank arranged to store the gas; a beverage diluent receptacle for routing at least a portion of a beverage diluent liquid to the dissolver portion, The dissolver dissolves at least a portion of the gas, from the gas storage tank, into the beverage diluent liquid; and a dispenser selectively dispenses a predefined ratio of at least one of the beverage ingredient and the beverage diluent liquid to form a beverage. ### Claim 18 (depends on 17) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 17, wherein the gas storage tank further comprising a pressure release valve, which prevent the gas storage tank from exceeding a maximum pressure limit. ### Claim 19 (depends on 17) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 17, wherein the solid gas source portion further comprising a one-way vent, which allows the gas to escape the solid gas source packaging while preventing air from entering the solid gas source packaging, wherein environment enclosing the solid gas source remains sterile while emitting the gas. ### Claim 20 (depends on 17) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 17, wherein the dispenser further comprising a beverage ingredient selector for selecting which, if any, of the beverage ingredient is mixed with the beverage diluent liquid to form the beverage. ### Claim 21 (depends on 17) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 17, wherein the cartridge further comprising: a filter arranged to filter the beverage diluent liquid, the filter co-located with the beverage ingredient portion, the gas source portion, and the gas dissolver portion. ### Claim 22 (depends on 17) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 17, wherein the gas storage tank is divided into at least two of a gas storage portion arranged to prevent the gas from separate gas sources, stored in separate of the gas storage portion, from mixing. ### Claim 23 A beverage making machine comprising: a beverage making cartridge comprising at least one of a beverage ingredient portion, a gas source portion, and a gas dissolver portion, the beverage ingredient portion contains at least one of a beverage ingredient, the gas source portion contains a solid gas source that through sublimation emits a gas; a gas storage tank arranged to store the gas; a beverage diluent receptacle for routing at least a portion of a beverage diluent liquid to the dissolver portion, The dissolver dissolves at least a portion of the gas, from the gas storage tank, into the beverage diluent liquid, the gas source portion is arranged to thermally couple the gas source to the beverage diluent receptacle cooling the beverage diluent liquid; and a dispenser selectively dispenses a predefined ratio of the beverage ingredient and the beverage diluent liquid to form a beverage. ### Claim 24 (depends on 23) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 23, wherein the solid gas source portion further comprising a one-way vent, which allows the gas to escape the solid gas source packaging while preventing air from entering the solid gas source packaging, wherein environment enclosing the solid gas source remains sterile while emitting the gas. ### Claim 25 (depends on 23) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 23, wherein the dispenser further comprising a beverage ingredient selector, the beverage ingredient selector selects between dispensing beverage diluent liquid only or dispensing at least one of the beverage ingredient mixed with the beverage diluent liquid to form the beverage. ### Claim 26 (depends on 23) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 23, wherein the cartridge further comprising: a filter arranged to filter the beverage diluent liquid, the filter co-located with the beverage ingredient portion, the gas source portion, and the gas dissolver portion. ### Claim 27 (depends on 23) The beverage making machine in accordance with claim 23, wherein the gas storage tank is divided into at least two of a gas storage portion arranged to prevent the gas from separate gas sources, stored in separate of the gas storage portion, from mixing.
