## Abstract

A firearm is provided that includes a receiver, a stock, an elongated barrel and a muzzle. The barrel extends from the receiver to the muzzle and has a rectangular internal bore extending from the receiver to the muzzle. The internal bore has two short sides and two long sides A plurality of teeth extends along one of the short sides within the internal bore. A disk-shaped bullet titling within the internal bore may be tired from the firearm. A bullet case having a rectangular orifice is provided to chamber the disk-shaped bullet for propulsion through the rectangular internal bore of the firearm.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A firearm comprising a receiver, a stock, an elongated barrel and a muzzle, the barrel extending from the receiver to the muzzle and having a rectangular internal bore extending from the receiver to the muzzle, the internal bore having two short sides and two long sides, the internal bore having a plurality of teeth along the internal bore along one of the short sides, wherein a disk-shaped bullet fitting within the internal bore may be tired from the firearm.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The firearm of claim 1, wherein the teeth are a shape selected from the group consisting of rectangular, angled, convex and concave.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The firearm of claim 1, wherein the elongated barrel is curved.

### Claim 4

A bullet case for use with a firearm having a rectangular internal bore having two short sides and two long sides, the internal bore having a plurality of teeth along the internal bore along one of the short sides, the bullet case having a rectangular orifice for holding a disk-shaped bullet, wherein the disk-shaped bullet placed within the rectangular orifice may be fired from the firearm through the internal bore.

### Claim 5 (depends on 5)

The bullet case of claim 5, wherein the bullet case has a sloped shoulder.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The bullet case of claim 5, wherein the bullet case has a neck.

### Claim 7 (depends on 5)

The bullet case of claim 5, wherein the bullet case is primer center-fired.

### Claim 8 (depends on 5)

The bullet case of claim 5, wherein the bullet case is rim-fired.

### Claim 9

A bullet for use with a firearm having a rectangular internal bore having two short sides and two long sides, the internal bore having a plurality of teeth along the internal bore along one of the short sides, the bullet comprising a coin-shaped disk having a diameter so that the bullet fits sufficiently snugly within the internal bore of the barrel so that when the bullet is fired from the firearm, the bullet obtains rotation due to the teeth in the internal bore.
