When the dress is flipped inside out, it has a completely different appearance than on the other side. The reversible dress can come in a variety of different shapes, types and sizes. The long dresses can bubble up to short ones, and dresses of different colors and lengths may be created from a single reversible dress.

b. a second layer of fabric having a second length shorter than the first length, a second top end attached to the first top end, a second external side, a second internal side in operative contact with the first external side, and a second bottom end, said first bottom end being attached to the second bottom end, thereby forming a hem on the second external side;
c. a first attachment means disposed peripherally along the hem on the second external side; and
d. a second attachment means disposed between the first top end and the first bottom end on the first external side, said second attachment means cooperating with the first attachment means to selectively attach the first bottom end and the second bottom end to the first attachment means.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

A reversible dress as in claim 1, wherein the second attachment means are disposed at approximately the waste level of the reversible dress.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

A reversible dress as in claim 1, further comprising a belt selectively disposed over the second attachment means.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

A reversible dress as in claim 1, wherein the belt is removable.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

A reversible dress as in claim 1, wherein the first attachment means are concealed under the hem.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

A reversible dress as in claim 1, wherein the first attachment means are button loops.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

A reversible dress as in claim 1, wherein the second attachment means are buttons.

A reversible dress as in claim 1, wherein the first external side of the first layer of fabric is patterned or colored.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

A reversible dress as in claim 1, wherein the second external side of the second layer of fabric is black.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

A reversible dress as in claim 1, further comprising fastening means operatively coupled to the first layer of fabric and the second layer of fabric so as to enable a wearer to fasten the dress.

### Claim 11

A reversible dress comprising:
a. a first layer of fabric having a first length, a first top end, a first bottom end, a first external side and a first internal side;
b. a second layer of fabric having a second length longer than the first length, a second bottom end, a second top end attached to the first top end, thereby defining a distance between the first bottom end and the second bottom end, a second external side, and a second internal side in operative contact with the first internal side; and
c. a hem facing having a bottom hem end attached to the second bottom end on the second internal side and having a top hem end attached to the second internal side between the first bottom end and the first top end, wherein the size of the hem facing is selected so that the hem facing covers the second layer of fabric between the first bottom end and the second bottom end.

### Claim 12 (depends on 11)

A reversible dress as in claim 11, wherein the size of the hem facing is determined by the distance between the first bottom end and the second bottom end.

### Claim 13 (depends on 11)

A reversible dress as in claim 11, wherein the first external side of the first layer of fabric is patterned or colored.

### Claim 14 (depends on 11)
