Abstract
A photoelectric conversion element includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a photoelectric conversion element provided between the first electrode and the second electrode. The photoelectric conversion element includes a polymer. The polymer includes at least one light absorber which absorbs light and generates at least one kind of carrier. An end part of the polymer combines with a surface, which faces the second electrode, of the first electrode.
Claims12
A photoelectric conversion element, comprising;
- a first electrode;
- a second electrode;
- and
- a photoelectric conversion layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode,
- the photoelectric conversion layer includes a polymer,
- the polymer including at least one light absorber which absorbs a light and generates at least one kind of carrier,
- an end part of the polymer is connected to a surface of the first electrode, and the surface facing the second electrode.
A method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element that has a photoelectric conversion layer disposed between a first electrode and a second electrode, the method comprising;
- forming a first part included in the photoelectric conversion layer on the first electrode;
- and
- forming a second part that is included in the photoelectric conversion layer, the second part being bonded to at least one part of the first part.
