Soil stabilizer carrier

A method of applying a water-soluble soil stabilizer to a solid carrier for applying the solid carrier to soil;

• impregnating, applying and/or adding said water-soluble soil stabilizer to said solid carrier;
• said soil stabilizer being within or on said solid carrier, and leaching out from said solid carrier when water is applied;
• said PAM binding to said soil once it leaches out of said solid carrier;
• wherein the amount of soil stabilizer placed in or on said solid carrier relates to said amount of soil stabilizer to be leached out of said solid carrier.
