Abstract
The present invention provides colored resin particles having excellent adhesiveness, a method for producing the same, and use thereof. Each of the colored resin particles is surface-coated with a polymer derived from a nitrogen-containing aromatic compound, and has an irregular shape with a circular appearance when viewed from a direction in which a projected area thereof becomes maximum, and with a non-circular appearance when viewed from a direction in which the projected area thereof becomes minimum.
Claims16
Colored resin particles surface-coated with a polymer derived from a nitrogen-containing aromatic compound, wherein each of the particles has an irregular shape with a circular appearance when viewed from a direction in which a projected area thereof becomes maximum, and with a non-circular appearance when viewed from a direction in which the projected area thereof becomes minimum.
A method for producing colored resin particles, comprising:
- a step of obtaining resin particles each of which has an irregular shape with a circular appearance when viewed from a direction in which a projected area thereof becomes maximum, and with a non-circular appearance when viewed from a direction in which the projected area thereof becomes minimum, by polymerizing a polymerizable vinyl-based monomer;
- and
- a step of coating the surfaces of the obtained resin particles with a polymer derived from a nitrogen-containing aromatic compound.
