Provided are the anti-androgenic agent comprising lactoferrin, the sebum secretion blocker containing the anti-androgenic agent as an active ingredient, the hair growth stimulant containing the anti-androgenic agent as an active ingredient, and a food or drink product comprising the anti-androgenic agent containing lactoferrin as an active ingredient.
