Abstract
The present disclosure relates to various vehicle braking assemblies. Brake pedal arms include, for example, a cam block that is configured to simplify the engagement between the power booster and pedal arm. Cam block can be movable with respect to the pedal arm to manage the gap between the pedal arm and power booster in by-wire braking assemblies.

A brake pedal assembly for a vehicle comprising:
- a pedal arm movably connected to the vehicle and having a cam surface;
- and
- a power brake booster assembled to the vehicle having a push rod that includes an interface surface, wherein the pedal arm has an unapplied position wherein the cam surface and the interface surface define a gap having a distance “X” and applied position wherein the cam surface contacts the interface surface to translate the rotational movement of the pedal arm to the push rod.
