Projectile accelerator that expels multiple projectiles at controlled varying energy levels in an inconsistent manner

A method, comprising:

• configuring a projectile accelerator to expel projectiles in an inconsistent manner at energy saving settings that are below an upper energy setting, where said upper energy setting falls below the maximum energy setting of said projectile accelerator;
• and
• providing a controller configured to allow selection of energy settings in said inconsistent manner that are not consistent with said upper energy setting.

A kit for retrofitting a projectile accelerator, comprising:

• a controller configured to allow said projectile accelerator to expel projectiles in an inconsistent manner at energy saving settings that are below an upper energy setting, where said upper energy setting falls below a maximum energy setting of said projectile accelerator;
• and
• an adjustment mechanism allowing selection of energy settings of said projectile accelerator in said inconsistent manner.
