A soybean cultivar designated S110124 is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of soybean cultivar S110124, to the plants of soybean cultivar S110124, to the plant parts of soybean cultivar S110124, and to methods for producing progeny of soybean cultivar S110124. A soybean plant derived from soybean cultivar S110124, further comprising a single locus conversion, wherein the single locus conversion is introduced into soybean cultivar S110124 by backcrossing or genetic transformation, representative seed of said soybean cultivar having been deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-12794.
