A method of introducing a single locus conversion into soybean cultivar 12302458 comprising:
A soybean plant derived from soybean cultivar 12302458, further comprising a single locus conversion, wherein the single locus conversion is introduced into soybean cultivar 12302458 by backcrossing or genetic transformation, representative seed of said soybean cultivar having been deposited under ATCC Accession No PTA-12783 and wherein said soybean plant comprises the single locus conversion and otherwise comprises essentially all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of soybean cultivar 12302458 when grown under the same environmental conditions.
