Abstract
An information processing apparatus includes a control unit, a processing unit capable of dynamically changing a circuit configuration thereof, and a storage unit configured to store circuit information indicating a circuit configuration to be read into the processing unit, wherein the processing unit reads first circuit information from the storage unit to function as a storage medium for storing a program, and wherein the control unit reads the program from the processing unit to execute the program.
Claims14
An information processing apparatus, comprising:
- a control unit;
- a processing unit capable of dynamically changing a circuit configuration thereof;
- and
- a storage unit configured to store circuit information indicating a circuit configuration to be read into the processing unit,
- wherein the processing unit reads first circuit information from the storage unit to function as a storage medium for storing a program, and
- wherein the control unit reads the program from the processing unit to execute the program.
An information processing apparatus, comprising:
- a control unit;
- a processing unit capable of dynamically changing a circuit configuration thereof;
- and
- a storage unit configured to store circuit information indicating a circuit configuration to be read into the processing unit,
- wherein the processing unit reads first circuit information from the storage unit to function as a storage medium for storing a program to be executed by the control unit and as an image processing circuit for performing image processing on image data, and
- wherein the control unit reads the program from the processing unit to execute the program.
A method for controlling an information processing apparatus that includes a control unit, a processing unit capable of dynamically changing a circuit configuration thereof, and a storage unit configured to store circuit information indicating a circuit configuration to be read into the processing unit, the method comprising:
- reading first circuit information from the storage unit into the processing unit to cause the processing unit to function as a storage medium for storing a program, and
- reading the program from the processing unit into the control unit to cause the control unit to execute the program.
A method for controlling an information processing apparatus that includes a control unit, a processing unit capable of dynamically changing a circuit configuration thereof, and a storage unit configured to store circuit information indicating a circuit configuration to be read into the processing unit, the method comprising:
- reading first circuit information from the storage unit into the processing unit to cause the processing unit to function as a storage medium for storing a program to be executed by the control unit and as an image processing circuit for performing image processing on image data when the information processing apparatus is started, and
- reading the program from the processing unit into the control unit to cause the control unit to execute the program.
A storage medium storing a program for performing a method for controlling an information processing apparatus that includes a control unit, a processing unit capable of dynamically changing a circuit configuration thereof, and a storage unit configured to store circuit information indicating a circuit configuration to be read into the processing unit, the method comprising:
- reading first circuit information from the storage unit into the processing unit to cause the processing unit to function as a storage medium for storing a program when the information processing apparatus is started, and
- reading the program from the processing unit into the control unit to cause the control unit to execute the program.
A storage medium storing a program for performing a method for controlling an information processing apparatus that includes a control unit, a processing unit capable of dynamically changing a circuit configuration thereof, and a storage unit configured to store circuit information indicating a circuit configuration to be read into the processing unit, the method comprising:
- reading first circuit information from the storage unit into the processing unit to cause the processing unit to function as a storage medium for storing a program to be executed by the control unit and as an image processing circuit for performing image processing on image data when the information processing apparatus is started, and
- reading the program from the processing unit into the control unit to cause the control unit execute the program.
An information processing apparatus, comprising:
- a processing unit capable of dynamically changing a circuit configuration thereof;
- and
- a storage unit configured to store circuit information indicating a circuit configuration to be read into the processing unit,
- wherein the processing unit reads first circuit information from the storage unit to function as a storage medium for storing a program.
