Abstract
A method of providing dynamic cursor related content is disclosed. The method can include sending a request for content to a server from a user device; receiving instruction code from the server in response to the sent request, the instruction code operable to collect cursor information related to a cursor position on a display of the user device; sending from the user device the cursor information collected in response to execution of the instruction code to generate from the received cursor information an indication of relative interest between regions displayed on the user device; and changing the content based on the indicated relative interest.
Claims17
A method of providing dynamic cursor related content, comprising the steps:
- sending a request for content to a server from a user device;
- receiving instruction code from the server in response to the sent request, the instruction code operable to collect cursor information related to interaction with a display of the user device;
- sending from the user device the cursor information collected in response to execution of the instruction code to generate from the received cursor information an indication of relative interest between regions displayed on the user device;
- and
- changing the content based on the indicated relative interest.
A method of providing dynamic cursor related content, comprising the steps:
- sending a request for content to a server from a user device supporting at least one of:
- a mouse cursor action, a touch, and an eye-gaze for moving a cursor;
- collecting personal identifying information from the user device able to be sent to the server,
- receiving instruction code from the server in response to the send request, the instruction code operable to collect cursor information related to a cursor position on a display of the user device;
- sending from the user device the cursor information collected in response to execution of the instruction code to generate from the received cursor information an indication of relative interest between regions displayed on the user device;
- and
- changing the content based on the indicated relative interest.
