A device comprising: means for obtaining a parameter of a sample of body fluid from a user; means for using information provided by one or more sensors to calculate a measure of physical activity of the user; means for calculating a medicament dose using at least in part the measured parameter and the measure of physical activity of the user; and means for indicating the calculated medicament dose to the user.
