A method for treating a subject with breast cancer, metastatic breast cancer, or hormonal therapy-resistant breast cancer, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a selective estrogen receptor modulator and an effective amount of 3-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-isopropyl-phenyl)-4-(1-methyl-indol-5-yl)-5-hydroxy-[1,2,4]triazole, or a tautomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method for treating a subject with breast cancer, metastatic breast cancer, or hormonal therapy-resistant breast cancer, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a selective estrogen receptor modulator agent and an effective amount of 5-hydroxy-4-(5-hydroxy-4-(1-methyl-1H-indol-5-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-2-isopropylphenyl dihydrogen phosphate, or a tautomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A pharmaceutical combination comprising a selective estrogen receptor modulator and 3-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-isopropyl-phenyl)-4-(1-methyl-indol-5-yl)-5-hydroxy-[1,2,4]triazole, or a tautomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A pharmaceutical combination comprising a selective estrogen receptor modulator and 5-hydroxy-4-(5-hydroxy-4-(1-methyl-1H-indol-5-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-2-isopropylphenyl dihydrogen phosphate, or a tautomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
