A pharmaceutical composition comprising linaclotide, a cation or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and an amine selected from meglumine or a mixture of meglumine and histidine.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising linaclotide, a cation or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and histidine, wherein the composition has a molar ratio of cation:histidine of less than 2:1.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising linaclotide, a cation or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a dipeptide selected from glycine-leucine, leucine-glycine, or a mixture thereof.
