Abstract
A method of feeding an infant, the method comprising the steps of: providing a feeding device; adding a female's breast odor to the feeding device; and feeding the infant using the feeding device. A feeding device, a pacifying device and an odor carrier are also described.

A method of feeding an infant comprising:
- placing an odor carrier in contact with a female body for a time sufficient to allow an odor to be absorbed by the odor carrier;
- removing the odor carrier from the female body;
- placing the odor carrier onto a feeding device;
- and
- feeding the infant with the feeding device.

- placing an odor carrier in contact with a lactating breast of a female body for a time sufficient to allow an odor to be absorbed by the odor carrier;
- removing the odor carrier from the female body;
- placing the odor carrier onto a feeding device;
