Novel compound, dye and colored photosensitive composition

A dye containing at least one kind of compound represented by the following general formula (1):

• R4 represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, a phenyl group or a cyano group,
• R2 to R5 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s), an alkoxy group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s), a halogenated alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s) or a halogenated alkoxy group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s), wherein R2 and R3, and R4 and R5 may be respectively connected to each other to form a ring structure,
• R6 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s) or an aromatic hydrocarbongroup optionally having substituent(s) having 6 to 35 carbon atoms, wherein the alkyl group may be interrupted by —COO—, —O—, —OCO—, —NHCO—, —NH— or —CONH—,
• n represents an integer of 2 to 6,
• X represents a nitrogen atom, —NR10—, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, —SO—, —SO2—, a phosphorus atom, —PR10—, or a substituent having 1 to 35 carbon atom(s) having a similar valency number to that of n,
• R10 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s), an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms or an arylalkyl group having 7 to 20 carbon atoms, wherein the alkyl group, aryl group and arylalkyl group may be substituted with a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group or a cyano group, the alkyl group may be interrupted by —COO—, —O—, —OCO—, —NHCO—, —NH— or —CONH—, and R3 and X, and R5 and X may be respectively connected to each other to form a ring structure.

A colored photosensitive composition, containing (A) a dye containing at least one kind of compound represented by the following general formula (1), (B) a polymerizable compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond and (C) a photopolymerization initiator:

• R2 to R5 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s), an alkoxy group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s), a halogenated alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s) or a halogenated alkoxy group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s), wherein R2 and R3, and R4 and R5 may be respectively connected to each other to form a ring structure,
• R6 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s) or an aromatic hydrocarbongroup optionally having substituent(s) having 6 to 35 carbon atoms, wherein the alkyl group may be interrupted by —COO—, —O—, —OCO—, —NHCO—, —NH— or —CONH—,
• n represents an integer of 2 to 6,
• X represents a nitrogen atom, —NR10—, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, —SO—, —SO2—, a phosphorus atom, —PR10—, or a substituent having 1 to 35 carbon atom(s) having a similar valency number to that of n,
• R10 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s), an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms or an arylalkyl group having 7 to 20 carbon atoms, wherein the alkyl group, aryl group and arylalkyl group may be substituted with a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group or a cyano group, the alkyl group may be interrupted by —COO—, —O—, —OCO—, —NHCO—, —NH— or —CONH—, and R3 and X, and R5 and X may be respectively connected to each other to form a ring structure.

A colored alkali-developable photosensitive composition, containing (A) a dye containing at least one kind of compound represented by the following general formula (1), (B′) a polymerizable compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond, which has an alkali-developability and (C) a photopolymerization initiator:

• R2 to R5 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s), an alkoxy group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s), a halogenated alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s) or a halogenated alkoxy group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s), wherein R2 and R3, and R4 and R5 may be respectively connected to each other to form a ring structure,
• R6 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atom(s) or an aromatic hydrocarbongroup optionally having substituent(s) having 6 to 35 carbon atoms, wherein the alkyl group may be interrupted by —COO—, —O—, —OCO—, —NHCO—, —NH— or —CONH—,
• n represents an integer of 2 to 6,
