Methods of using alk inhibitors

A method for treating an EML4-ALK4 mediated condition non-small cell lung cancer, and optionally resistant to crizotinib, comprising administering to a cell or subject a compound of Formula (I)

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
• wherein R1 is halo;
• R2 is H;
• or
• wherein R1 and R2 together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached form a 5-6 membered heteroaryl comprising 1-2 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S;
• R3 is 502R7 wherein R7 is C1-6 alkyl;
• R4 is C1-6 alkoxy;
• R5 is piperidinyl optionally substituted with C1-6 alkyl;
• R6 is C1-6 alkyl;
• or
• R5 and R6 together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached form a 5-6 membered heterocyclic ring comprising having 1-2 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S.
