Abstract

Hypoxia activated prodrugs, such as, e.g., TH-281, TH-302, and TH-308, are useful for the treatment of various blood cancers, such as acute leukemias, chronic leukemias, MDS, MF, and multiple myeloma.

Dependent claims

A method of treating a blood cancer comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a hypoxia activated prodrug selected from the group consisting of TH-281, TH-302, and TH-308 to a patient in need of such treatment thereby treating the cancer.
