Abstract
Combination beverage containers and storage vessels. Various embodiments are configured to store a consumable beverage or otherwise consumable liquid as well as at least one second item which may comprise an edible foodstuff, toy, novelty, etc. all in one convenient container. In some embodiments, the second items may be stored directly in the vessel separated from the liquid or the second items may be stored in a second container that may be removably seated in a portion of the vessel. The vessels may or may not be hand-held.
Claims19
A combination beverage and storage container, comprising:
- an elongated box including a top end wall and at least one upstanding vertical wall defining a first hermetically sealed enclosed storage area and a second storage area adjacent the first storage area;
- a consumable liquid in the first storage area;
- a closure member movably affixed to the elongated box and being movable from a first position completely enclosing the second storage area and open positions exposing the second storage area;
- a first access opening through at least one of the top end wall and the at least one vertical wall into the first enclosed storage area;
- and
- a first seal member interacting with at least one of said top end wall and said vertical wall to establish a hermetically sealed cover over the first access opening when the first seal member is in a first position and expose at least a portion of the first access opening when the first seal member is in a second position.

A combination beverage and storage container, comprising:
- an elongated box including a top end wall and at least one upstanding vertical wall defining a first hermetically sealed enclosed storage area;
- a first access opening through at least one of the top end wall and at least one vertical wall into the first enclosed storage area;
- a first seal member interacting with at least one of said top end wall and said vertical wall to establish a hermetically sealed cover over the first access opening when the first seal member is in a first position and expose at least a portion of the first access opening when the first seal member is in a second position;
- a bottom wall, a rear wall and two sidewalls defining a second storage area adjacent the first storage area;
- a front abutment wall extending a distance that is less than a vertical length of the two sidewalls;
- and
- a closure member movably supported on the front abutment wall and being movable from a first position completely enclosing the second storage area and open positions exposing the second storage area.

A combination beverage and storage container, comprising:
- an elongated box including a top end wall and at least one upstanding vertical wall defining a first hermetically sealed enclosed storage area;
- a first access opening through at least one of the top end wall and the at least one vertical wall into the first enclosed storage area;
- a first seal member interacting with at least one of said top end wall and said vertical wall to establish a hermetically sealed cover over the first access opening when the first seal member is in a first position and expose at least a portion of the first access opening when the first seal member is in a second position;
- a consumable liquid in the first storage area;
- a bottom wall, a rear wall and two sidewalls defining a second storage area adjacent the first storage area wherein the second storage area has a second volume that is less than a first volume of the first storage area;
- a front abutment wall extending a distance that is less than a vertical length of the two sidewalls;
- at least one second item in the second storage area wherein the at least one second item is selected from the group of second items consisting of a foodstuff, a toy, and a novelty;
- a closure member movably supported on the front abutment wall and being movable from a first position completely enclosing the second storage area and open positions exposing the second storage area;
- and
- a removable seal member interacting with the elongated box and closure member to establish a hermetical seal between the elongated box and the closure member when the closure member is in the first position.
