A varicella virus, characterized in that the ORF7 of said varicella virus is whole or partially deleted, or substituted or added by one or two bases, and wherein said varicella virus is not able to infect human skin and sensory ganglion.
A varicella virus, which is deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on Jul. 28, 2009 with deposit number CGMCC No. 3207.
