Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide an ophthalmic composition for contact lens that can inhibit bacterial adhesion to a contact lens. The ophthalmic composition for contact lens can be prepared by using a combination of (A) polyoxyethylene castor oil and (B) terpenoid.

An ophthalmic composition for contact lens, comprising (A) polyoxyethylene castor oil and (B) terpenoid.
A method for inhibiting bacterial adhesion to a contact lens, comprising bringing an ophthalmic composition for contact lens containing (A) polyoxyethylene castor oil and (B) terpenoid into contact with the contact lens.
