Abstract
The present disclosure generally relates to tissue engineering. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to the generation of a new biologically active and biocompatible human derived materials useful in tissue engineering applications.

A method comprising:
- differentiating preadipocytes;
- culturing the differentiated preadipocytes in media;
- collecting the extracellular matrix proteins secreted by the preadipocytes;
- filtering the extracellular matrix proteins;
- and
- collecting retentate from said filtering.
