A compound of Formula I

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, wherein:
• R is H or alkyl;
• R1 is selected from the group consisting of aryl and heteroaryl, wherein when said aryl or heteroaryl has two substituents on adjacent ring atoms, said substituents together with the ring atoms to which they are attached, optionally form a five- or six-membered heteroaryl or a six-membered aryl;
• R2 is H or alkyl;
• m is 1 ort;
• n is 1 or 2;
• each R3 independently is selected from the group consisting of halo, hydroxyl, alkoxy, alkyl, aryloxy, —NR4R5, —C(═O)NR4R5, —N(R4)—C(═O)—R5;
• —C(═O)-aryl, —C(═O)—O-alkyl, —C(═N—OH)-aryl, and —C(═O)OH;
• and
• R4 and R5 independently are hydrogen or alkyl.
