Abstract
An image forming apparatus and an image forming method are provided that realize both the use of a decolorizing toner and a non-decolorizing toner and miniaturization of the apparatus.
Claims7
An image forming apparatus, comprising:
- a first image forming unit configured to form a first image with a decolorable colorant;
- a second image forming unit configured to form a second image with a non-decolorable colorant,
- wherein the first image forming unit is provided at an upstream position relative to the second image forming unit along a progressing direction of an image forming process and the first image formed by the first image forming unit is carried through the second image forming unit.
