Digital broadcasting system and data processing method in the digital broadcasting system

An apparatus for transmitting a broadcast signal, the apparatus comprising:

• a multiplexer configured to multiplex mobile data and main data;
• and
• a transmitter configured to transmit a transmission frame including a plurality of slots during which data groups of the mobile data are transmitted, wherein each of the data groups includes ten data blocks, wherein a fourth data block of the data blocks includes signaling information including fast information channel (FIC) data and transmission parameter channel (TPC) data,
• wherein the FIC data includes binding information between a service of the mobile data and an ensemble and the TPC data describing the transmission frame and the data groups,
• wherein the ensemble includes a first signaling table describing a service, wherein the first signaling table includes a service map table (SMT) providing Internet Protocol (IP) address information and IP component level information for the service, and
• wherein the mobile data belonging to the ensemble is Reed Solomon-cyclic redundancy check (RS-CRC) encoded through a 2-dimensional Reed-Solomon (RS) frame, wherein the RS frame includes a payload of (187×N) bytes containing transport packets.
