Information processing apparatus, system and control method thereof

A communication apparatus comprising:

• a communication unit configured to communicate with an external apparatus;
• and
• a transmitting unit configured to transmit data which said communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication by said communication unit to the external apparatus,
• wherein in case that said communication unit starts a communication with the external apparatus while said communication apparatus is in a capture mode for capturing an image, said transmitting unit does not transmit data to the external apparatus, which said communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of the communication with the external apparatus.

A communication apparatus comprising:

• a communication unit configured to communicate with an external apparatus;
• and
• a transmitting unit configured to transmit data which said communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication by said communication unit to the external apparatus,
• wherein, in case that said communication unit starts a communication while said communication apparatus is in a menu mode for selecting processing to be executed by said communication apparatus, said transmitting unit does not transmit data which said communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication by said communication unit, to the external apparatus.

A communication apparatus comprising:

• a communication unit configured to communicate with an external apparatus;
• and
• a transmitting unit configured to transmit data which said communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication by said communication unit to the external apparatus,
• wherein in case that said communication unit starts a communication when said communication apparatus is in a power save mode in which power consumption is lower than power consumption in a first mode, said transmitting unit does not transmit data which said communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication by said communication unit, to the external apparatus.

A communication apparatus comprising:

• a communication unit configured to communicate with an external apparatus;
• a transmitting unit configured to transmit data which said communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication by said communication unit to the external apparatus;
• and
• a power control unit configured to change a power state of said communication apparatus to on-state in response to electromagnetic wave from the external apparatus, in case that the power of said communication apparatus is in off-state,
• wherein in case that said power control unit changes the power sate to on-state and said communication unit starts a communication with the external apparatus, said transmitting unit does not transmit data which said communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication by said communication unit, to the external apparatus.

A communication apparatus comprising:

• a communication unit configured to communicate with an external apparatus;
• a power control unit configured to change a power state of said communication apparatus to on-state in response to electromagnetic wave from the external apparatus, in case that the power of said communication apparatus is in off-state;
• and
• a transmitting unit configured to transmit selection data in case that said power control unit changes the power state to on-state and said communication unit starts a communication with the external apparatus, wherein the selection data enable a user to select an image to be transmitted from a plurality of data held by said communication apparatus.

A method of a communication apparatus comprising:

• a communication step of communicating with an external apparatus;
• and
• a transmitting step of transmitting data which the communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication in the communication step to the external apparatus,
• wherein in case that in the communication step, a communication with the external apparatus starts while the communication apparatus is in a capture mode for capturing an image, data which the communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of the communication with the external apparatus is not transmitted to the external apparatus in the transmitting step.

A method of a communication apparatus comprising:

• a communication step of communicating with an external apparatus;
• and
• a transmitting step of transmitting data which the communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication in the communication step to the external apparatus,
• wherein, in case that a communication starts while the communication apparatus is in a menu mode for selecting processing to be executed by the communication apparatus, in the communication step, data which the communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication in the communication step, is not transmitted to the external apparatus in the transmitting step.

A method of a communication apparatus comprising:

• a communication step of communicating with an external apparatus;
• and
• a transmitting step of transmitting data which the communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication in the communication step to the external apparatus,
• wherein in case that, in the communication step, a communication starts when the communication apparatus is in a power save mode in which power consumption is lower than power consumption in a first mode, data which the communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication in the communication step, is not transmitted to the external apparatus in the transmitting step.

A method of a communication apparatus comprising:

• a communication step of communicating with an external apparatus;
• a transmitting step of transmitting data which the communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication in the communication step to the external apparatus;
• and
• a power control step of changing a power state of the communication apparatus to on-state in response to electromagnetic wave from the external apparatus, in case that the power of the communication apparatus is in off-state,
• wherein in case that the power state is changed to on-state in the power control step and a communication with the external apparatus starts in the communication step, data which the communication apparatus is displaying at a time of start of a communication by the communication step, is not transmitted to the external apparatus in the transmitting step.

A method of a communication apparatus comprising:

• a communication step of communicating with an external apparatus;
• a power control step of changing a power state of the communication apparatus to on-state in response to electromagnetic wave from the external apparatus, in case that the power of the communication apparatus is in off-state;
• and
• a transmitting step of transmitting selection data in case that, in the power control step, the power state is changed to on-state and communication with the external apparatus is started, wherein the selection data enable a user to select an image to be transmitted from a plurality of data held by the communication apparatus.
