Abstract
An ultraviolet ray-curable clear ink composition includes a polymerizable compound; and a photopolymerization initiator, in which the polymerizable compound contains a vinyl ether group-containing (meth)acrylic acid ester represented by the following formula (I) and 5% by mass to 25% by mass of urethane oligomer with respect to the total mass of the ink composition. CH2═CR1—COOR2—O—CH═CH—R2 (I) (in the formula (I), R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R2 represents a divalent organic residue having 2 to 20 carbon atoms; and R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic residue having 1 to 11 carbon atoms)
