Abstract
An air blocker ring assembly includes a proximal end and a distal end, a blocker ring including a protrusion, and a blocker ring support having a recess. The protrusion of the blocker ring is received in the recess.

- a proximal end and a distal end;
- a blocker ring including a protrusion;
- and
- a blocker ring support having a recess, the protrusion of the blocker ring being received in the recess.

- a blocker ring having a protrusion;
