A disposable straw and a sealing skirt is disclosed. The disposable straw and sealing skirt is capable of adapting to and enclosing beverage containers of various shapes and sizes.

A disposable straw and sealing skirt capable of adapting to and enclosing a container comprising:
- a. a straw;
- b. a sealing skirt that surrounds the circumference of the straw and is attached to the outer wall of the straw;
- wherein the straw and sealing skirt is capable of being wrapped over the mouth of a container.
