Abstract
This invention provides a combination of antagonists of the hedgehog signaling pathway with a BCR-ABL inhibitor. The combination of the present invention may be used for treating cancers known to be associated with protein tyrosine kinases such as, for example, Src, BCR-ABL and c-kit.

A composition comprising a first agent that inhibits hedgehog signaling pathway and a second agent that inhibits BCR-ABL.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a first agent that inhibits hedgehog signaling pathway, a second agent that inhibits BCR-ABL, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
