Abstract
Provided herein are methods of treating lung disease in a subject by administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a mitotic kinesin inhibitor, optionally in combination with another therapy.

A method of treating pulmonary arterial hypertension in a subject, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a mitotic kinesin inhibitor.
A method of treating pulmonary fibrosis in a subject, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a mitotic kinesin inhibitor.
