- R is selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom (H), or an unsubstituted, monosubstituted or polysubstituted C1-C20-alkyl, wherein the alkyl is straight, branched, cyclic and/or partially unsaturated;
- and an unsubstituted, monosubstituted or multisubstituted phenyl residue.
